Regina Chapple

Regina holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) from The College of Law.

Regina is one of the most experienced lawyers in our team and is the Senior Associate in our Brisbane office. Regina was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2003 and then admitted to the High Court of Australia in September 2004.

Regina has experience in complex property matters including, trusts, companies and superannuation splitting along with simpler property matters and also children’s matters. Regina also has experience in surrogacy arrangements including drafting the agreement, advising the surrogate and her partner and applying to the Court for transfer of parentage.

When not practising law, Regina enjoys travelling, photography and spending time with family and friends or simply relaxing.
